We have a gym in our new office campus and seeing the instructor I was reminded of my first brush with gymming. Back in college we had a really enthusiastic trainer who would encourage everybody to check their weight/height and suggest a 'regimen' to become or stay fit as the case may be. But what stood him apart was the two-piece advice he offered all: 1. Eat lots of fibre. 2. Keep off masturbation People are still googling to see if there is any scientific backing for the second suggestion :)
